What kind of sites do you host?
We host any personal or business site. The following sites are excluded from this offer: - irc sites - hate - warez - illegal content - software trading - download libraries that host to our site - chat room programs - internet search engines - spam, or spam related products are expressively forbidden - sites containing banned materials are subject to immediate termination without refund. - Legal Adult sites are allowed. Only sites with legal content are allowed.




How long does it take to setup my website?
Your website will be set up INSTANTLY (usually about 1 - 24 hours) after payment has been proceed and if we already received notification from our payment processor. Some case that your payment will not be proceed because the payment vendor are doing credit card fraud review before your payment deposited to us. Orders placed over the weekend may experience a slight delay.

How do I cancel my account?
If you want to cancel your account, we will do it in business hours without any fees. You must contact our billing center through this contact form.

Do I have to keep hosting with your for a minimum period of time?
There is no contract period for this hosting. Give us a try for a month and if you are not satisfied, you are not obligated to renew. Some Web Hosting companies require you to stay with them for at least 12 months or more to get such a low monthly fee. We do not have any term of that kind of contract with our clients.

How long is this monthly fee stand for?
We guarantee the monthly fee will stay like the price you choose for as long as you host with us. If any change the prices and we promise that we will keep the prices stay on your recurring billing invoices.

Are there any fees to upgrade/downgrade?
There are no fees to upgrade/downgrade your account. If you are upgrading to a higher cost plan your account will be prorated based on your billing cycle. Likewise, If you are downgrading to a lower cost plan your account will be prorated with a credit.

Do you offer custom hosting plans?
Yes we do offer custom plans. We do not offer custom hosting plans in lower increments than what is currently offered. To do that, please contact us.

Do I get root access to the server?
You do not get root access to the server. You will need your own dedicated server in order to get root access.

Where are your servers located?
Our USA servers are located in the Net Access (NAC) datacenter in New Jersey. NAC is located in the EST timezone on the East Coast. Our UK servers are located in the Redbus Interhouse datacenter in London.

Are there any types of advertising placed on my account?
We do not place any type of advertising such as banners, popup's, etc. on your website.
